The Brandy Station Volunteer Fire Department's Annual Fire Department Carnival is changing to the “Brandy Station Volunteer Fire Department Fair”. 

The Name Change Was Decided Back In September By The Membership.  We Have Always Provided Much More Than Just A Carnival, So It Was Decided That The Name Of The Event Should Reflect What Is Truly Available For Family Enjoyment. 

This Year’s Fire Department Fair Will Be Held July 30th – August 2nd, 2008.  The Fair Will Once Again Feature Amusements Provided By Sherwood Amusement Company From Baltimore Maryland.  Along With Numerous Games and Prizes, We Plan To Feature 20 Thrilling Rides For Both Kids and Adults.  Cotton Candy, Popcorn, Candy Apples, and Funnel Cakes Will Again Be Featured.  The Auxiliary to the Fire Department, As Always, Will Have Their Homemade Delights Available Such As Their World Famous Barbecue, Pies, Cakes and Mouth Watering Fried Chicken Dinners. 

Of Course A Fair Would Not Be A Fair Without Corn Dogs, Hamburgers, French Fries, and Hot Dogs.  The Fair Will Also Have CJ’s Ice Cream Back Again, Which Is Always a Big Treat.  The Fire Department Will Also Provide Numerous Games Of Their Own Including Their Famous Dunking Booth, Pan Game, and Horse Racing.  There Will Be All You Can Ride Specials Each Night.  There is Never any Parking Charges and Never any Fee to enter the Fair Grounds.

July 30 - August 2, 2008 

• Wednesday July 30  - Fair opens at 6:00 , closes at 10:00 p.m. Unlimited rides are $10.00
• Thursday July 31 - Fair opens at 6:00 , closes at 11:00 p.m.   Unlimited rides are $18.00.  Firemen's parade begins at 6:30 p.m.  See Parade Details
• Friday August 1 - Fair opens at 6:00 , closes at 11:00 p.m. Unlimited rides are $18.00. Crowning of the Honorary Fire Chiefs. Dance and Enjoy Live Music on the Midway with "CROSSROADZ"  See picture below.
• Saturday August 2 - Car & Truck Show from 10 -4. - Matinee from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.   Unlimited rides during this period are $10.00.   Fair continues from 5:00 till midnight .  Unlimited rides are $18.00.  Grand prizes given away.  Dance and Enjoy Live Music on the Midway by "Brown Bag Special"
